We understand that organising your special day can be a little be stressful. And so we’ve have tried to make the process of booking your wedding cars just a little simpler by compiling some of our most frequently asked questions.

1. Is it possible to view the cars prior to booking?
Yes, you’re welcome to view our vehicles prior to booking or wedding day. Please feel free to contact us via email or telephone to book your appointment.
2. Do all our cars and campers come with a chauffeur?
Yes. Whichever vehicles you choose, you’ll be in the hands of a friendly and experienced chauffeur.
3. Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit to reserve your chosen date. This is payable once terms and dates have been agreed. The deposit due will depend on the total cost of the hire and the number of vehicles required.
4. When will the full payment be due?
The remainder of your payment is due in full one month before your wedding day.
5. What does my hire include?
The price quoted for a chauffeured vehicle will include a hire of up to 3 1/2 hours, usually comprising of one journey from your home or pick up point to the church / registry office, followed by one journey from the church / registry office to your reception venue. Your 3 1/2 hour service will almost certainly allow time for your photographer to take photos with our stunning vehicles. Each hire is bespoke and so the above is just an example and we do our very best to be helpful and accommodating to your requests.
6. Do you provide ribbons for the car?
Yes we provide ribbons in the colour and style of your choice and they are inclusive in the cost of your hire.
7. Do you provide an umbrella?
A very relevant question considering the infamous wet Welsh weather! Yes, your chauffeurs will carry an umbrella in case it’s needed.
8. What if there is a delay?
We always plan ahead by checking traffic reports and ensure we leave and arrive well in advance of our agreed pick up time.
